Howdy,
Not really sure where to start this off, but here goes. I guess I should start by introducing myself. My name is Quinn Holtslag. What is my background? Well, it is quite diverse yet quite in depth in some places as you will find as I write more frequently. Currently my hobbies include landscaping (with my two Vizslas; Ruben and Calvin~ OK so they more un-landscape the yard and then I re-landscape it), home renovations (again with help from the dogs), hockey (notoriously playing with a chewed stick), and enjoying a beer after getting the job done (ah yes, a pastime only for me).
I suppose it is not surprising that my passion for entrepreneurship just had to focus on my two best friends Ruben and Calvin. To combine my passion for those two guys with my background in Agriculture was natural choice. For instance, I have loved plants ever since I can remember. Eventually this passion drove me to acquire a degree and eventually a PhD in Plant Science specifically in Horticulture from the University of Manitoba/ University of Minnesota. At the time, my thesis focused on Saskatoons, an absolutely wonderfully flavorful and nutritious fruit that looks a lot like a blueberry, which is native to the Prairies. Along my academic travels, I became friends with many Saskatoon producers who taught me about quality produce and what the difference is between what makes it to our tables and what does not, for good reason.
When Ruben first came to us from Minnesota he quickly became out surrogate child. Using our technical expertise we invested some hours sourcing foods and treats which would complement the healthy lifestyle we wanted for him. To our great disappointment we found out where all of those substandard products were being used. We quickly realized what we had to do, and voila our company was conceived. OK, so it was a little more complex than that, but thanks to my wife and partner Bonnie this dream has now become a reality.….
We can all get going a hundred miles a minute it seems sometimes, but I promise to make time to discuss some current interests and issues regarding topics in canine health and nutrition, entrepreneurship, and yes, even horticulture if you like. Till then, take care!
Quinn

Shayla - Natural Peanut butter don't contain any added sugar, regular does. That's why we use natural peanut in our treats. It costs more but it's worth it. AND send the individual and group pictures. Thanks.- Bonnie
Claudine - Welcome! I apologize for not posting that information consistently! Please forward your pictures to service@luckydogbiscuits.com and if you could put "photo contest" in the subject, that would be perfect. - Bonnie

That is known that cash can make people disembarrass. But what to do if one does not have money? The only one way is to try to get the credit loans and term loan.
